- Click "Integrations"
Pending Orders
Pending Orders have been downloaded to Fulcrum and have not been converted to sales orders. Orders are imported and processed every 15 minutes on the quarter hour. Clicking on the "Pending Orders" will show you the unprocessed orders for that integration.
Status
- Pending: not processed
- Error: there was an error importing the order
- Click "Import Again" to download this order from your integration again. Use this option if you updated the order in your integration.
* If you update a sku in Shopify, the order will still have the old sku. You have to remove that line from the order in Shopify and add a new line for the updated sku
- Click "Retry" to reset this order to be processed by Fulcrum. Use this option if you updated the sku in Fulcrum.
Pending Shipments
Shipments that have not updated your integration. Shipments are processed every 15 minutes on the quarter hour starting at 5 PM EST. Clicking on "Pending Shipments" will show you the unprocessed shipments for that integration.
Status
- Pending: not processed
- Error: there was an error updating your integration
- Click "Retry" to send this shipment to your integration again.
